Attend a Public Hearing & Rally in Atlanta to Show Support for EPA’s Carbon Pollution Rule


On Tuesday, July 29, and Wednesday, July 30, join the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy and concerned citizens from around the region for EPA’s public hearing in Atlanta on the recently-proposed Clean Power Plan to set limits on carbon pollution. The hearings will convene at 9:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. EST each day and the rally will take place at noon on Tuesday, July 29.

Note: While all speaking slots on Tues, July 29 and Wed, July 30 are officially full, there may be opportunities to sign up in-person for ‘walk up’ slots each day at the hearing. There will also be opportunities for attendees to record video testimony for submission to EPA as well as an opportunity to attend a march and rally in support of these proposed standards on Tuesday, June 29.
