The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) will be hosting a public hearing on October 20th at 6:00PM at Ridge Road Elementary School in Sandersville, GA on the Plant Washington draft environmental permits. This will be the ONLY opportunity to provide oral comment before EPD on the environmental impacts of the proposed coal fired power plant.

Join us in telling EPD no to new coal in Georgia! If you would like to ride with us to the hearing we will be meeting at 1:00PM at the Avondale Marta Station-South Parking Lot in Avondale Estates, GA. Don't forget to sign up for the bus!
